Jen joined Velocity in 2023 as a Senior Trainer. Jen’s career in financial services began at the tender age of 16, when she worked as a part-time bank teller. She held seven different roles over ten years at one credit union, touching just about every position, including the call center, member services, mortgage processing, IT support and corporate training.  Most recently she worked as a Sales/Finance Manager at a Toyota dealership but wanted to return to her roots—working with community banks and credit unions.

Jen is excited to apply her 20+ years of financial experience to help train and support Velocity clients. Fun fact: Jen loves to travel and recently completed an 80-day trip, setting foot in all 50 states!
