Steve joined Velocity in 2015 and is responsible for defining the firm’s sales and marketing strategy via both organic and acquisition growth to maximize market share, as well as identifying and developing strategic partnerships with industry groups and channel partners.

Steve brings 20+ years of experience in financial services and consumer liquidity SaaS and consulting solutions. He has been a part of over 1,000 strategic engagements with banks and credit unions, helping to deliver growth, revenue enhancement, short-term-liquidity, payments and lending solutions.  Steve has served on a multitude of industry advisory boards and committees, including terms on the CUES Advisory Council and special projects with CUNA Strategic Services.  Steve is well published and is often cited within industry publications as a subject matter expert. Steve has a BS in Journalism & Marketing from Texas A&M University.  Steve resides in Houston, Texas and enjoys fitness, boating and college football.
