Velocity Solutions Appoints Steven Swanston, Executive Vice President of SalesFORT LAUDERDALE, July 14, 2015 – Velocity Solutions announces that Steve Swanston has joined the company as Executive Vice President of Sales. Steve previously spent 10 years working at John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA) where he was instrumental in the firm’s sales growth. |
He also was involved in growing JMFA through strategic partnerships and acquisitions, and was the lead person in new product identification and development. He organically started the JMFA Executive Search Practice, providing executive recruiting to financial institutions nationwide, as well as JMFA Contract Optimizer, providing cost reduction within vendor agreements. He partnered these groups with CUES and CUNA Strategic Services respectively.
Steve left JMFA in 2013 to join CU People as its Executive VP. CU People is a leading provider of human resource and payroll outsourcing solutions to credit unions. As EVP, Steve was charged with running the firm’s daily operation, overseeing sales and marketing to expand the firm’s footprint nationally and maintaining and developing strategic partnerships with industry groups, channel partners and technology resources.
